SMART’s palm oil plantations cover more than 138,000 hectares (including smallholder farmers). Our primary activities are cultivating and harvesting oil palms, processing fresh fruit bunches (FFBs) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel, and refining CPO into value-added products such as cooking oil, margarine, and shortening. We operate 16 mills, four kernel crushing plants and four refineries across Indonesia.

Job Description:
Bertanggung jawab menjalankan fungsi administrasi personalia dan industrial relations
Bertanggung jawab penuh atas penggajian, rekrutmen, pemeriksaan kesehatan
Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan data karyawan terkini
Mengatasi serta menyelesaikan permasalahan hubungan industrial dan memberikan alternatif penyelesaian kepada Management.
Bertanggung jawab mengkoordinir pelaksanaan proses Performance Evaluation secara efektif dan objektif.
Menjaga serta mengusahakan agar disiplin kerja dijalankan dengan penuh kesadaran.
Bertanggung jawab atas program training serta pencapaiannya
Menjalin serta membina hubungan baik dengan Serikat Pekerja, Disnaker maupun komunitas HR Daerah
Requirements:
Minimal S1 Hukum, Psikologi, Management
Minimal pengalaman dibidang HR 3 tahun
Terbiasa handle Industrial Relation
Memiliki relasi dengan pemegang regulasi ( Disnaker dll )
Handle Payroll, Rekrutmen, Training
Handle all karyawan terkait dengan regulasi ( PKB, UU Cipta Kerja )
